Designer d\u2019int\u00e9rieur avec une longue exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur de l\u2019ameublement, Di Martino con\u00e7oit des environnements qui ne se limitent pas \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un programme fonctionnel, mais qui l\u2019interpr\u00e8tent, en restituant aux personnes une perception coh\u00e9rente de l\u2019identit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation dans laquelle elles op\u00e8rent. Sa recherche se situe \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e de l\u2019ergonomie, de la mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 et du r\u00e9cit : chaque choix, de la distribution des espaces \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection des mat\u00e9riaux, est pens\u00e9 pour produire un effet pr\u00e9cis sur la qualit\u00e9 perceptive de l\u2019environnement, sans jamais tomber dans le d\u00e9coratif. Comment la m\u00e9thode \u00e9volue-t-elle lorsque l\u2019architecture et l\u2019am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur se d\u00e9veloppent simultan\u00e9ment ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9velopper architecture et int\u00e9rieur simultan\u00e9ment permet d\u2019adapter l\u2019espace \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur, en \u00e9vitant des ajustements forc\u00e9s \u00e0 des structures con\u00e7ues pour d\u2019autres fonctions. On obtient une coh\u00e9rence totale entre contenant et contenu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la synergie avec l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur structure et la direction des travaux. La distribution des installations se n\u00e9gocie : les int\u00e9grer d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part invite \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer les contraintes comme des opportunit\u00e9s de design. O\u00f9 se situe la limite entre ouverture et s\u00e9paration fonctionnelle ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le nombre d\u2019or \u00e0 la sym\u00e9trie, mais ici je l\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 pour donner de la rigueur, en appliquant les proportions du nombre d\u2019or aux espaces int\u00e9rieurs. La transparence transmet de l\u2019autorit\u00e9, tandis que l\u2019agencement prot\u00e8ge la confidentialit\u00e9 des zones directionnelles et de d\u00e9tente. Pour g\u00e9rer la continuit\u00e9 visuelle, j\u2019ai align\u00e9 les volumes et l\u2019\u00e9clairage : la table de r\u00e9union et les postes op\u00e9rationnels ont le m\u00eame encombrement et des finitions identiques. Qu\u2019est-ce qui a fait de ce produit la bonne solution par rapport aux alternatives du march\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 un choix strat\u00e9gique pour introduire mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 et chaleur dans un environnement domin\u00e9 par le blanc mat, tout en respectant le budget. Par rapport au parquet, elle offre une grande r\u00e9sistance et un entretien minimal ; par rapport au gr\u00e8s effet bois \u2014 que je trouve souvent peu authentique et plut\u00f4t froid \u2014 elle restitue un rendu tactile et visuel plus naturel. Dans ce projet, il \u00e9tait essentiel de garantir r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019eau et stabilit\u00e9, caract\u00e9ristiques explicitement demand\u00e9es par le client pour un environnement de travail intensif. Le bois suit une hi\u00e9rarchie fonctionnelle : plus pr\u00e9sent dans les zones de repr\u00e9sentation, plus essentiel dans les zones techniques. Le principe directeur est toujours le nombre d\u2019or : les lames couvrent exactement un tiers des surfaces verticales sur lesquelles elles sont pos\u00e9es. Cette continuit\u00e9 entre sol et murs cr\u00e9e une bo\u00eete architecturale lisible et coh\u00e9rente, o\u00f9 la texture naturelle du ch\u00eane att\u00e9nue la rigueur technique de l\u2019environnement et guide le regard \u00e0 travers les diff\u00e9rentes zones. Avec le rev\u00eatement technique de Skema, j\u2019ai pu garantir durabilit\u00e9 et facilit\u00e9 de remise en \u00e9tat, en assurant une surface pr\u00eate \u00e0 soutenir dans le temps d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles transformations d\u2019usage. Ma m\u00e9thode place l\u2019analyse strat\u00e9gique au premier plan : j\u2019\u00e9coute les besoins r\u00e9els du client pour fournir des solutions concr\u00e8tes. Je ne choisis pas les meubles ou les mat\u00e9riaux pour suivre une signature ou une marque, mais je s\u00e9lectionne exclusivement ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire au projet, dans le respect rigoureux du budget et des exigences du client.
