In the renovation project of a penthouse in Corso Sempione in Milan, Marina Real decking was used to cover the entire surface of the terrace.\u200b<\/b><\/p>\n

Architect<\/b> Tamara Gerosa <\/b><\/span><\/a>oversaw the entire project for the flat on the fourth and fifth floors <\/b>of a building constructed in the 1960s in a central area of Milan<\/b>, taking care of the interior and exterior design.<\/p>\n

Outside Marina Real, in the decorative Oxidised Teak<\/b>, the decking made of WPC, which is environmentally friendly, long-lasting and low maintenance, was used to cover the floor of the slab<\/b>.
The perimeter of the terrace was finished with a pool of decorative Carrara white stones and wall lighting<\/b>. In the centre, a bioclimatic pergola <\/b>was built with sliding glass covers and LED lighting, with a cooling and heating system, so that this precious space can be used all year round, whatever the weather. <\/p>\n

The outdoors is a space to be enjoyed in all seasons. With the right material, outdoor spaces can be designed that are always beautiful and liveable 365 days a year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the case with Marina Real,<\/b><\/span><\/a> which is often successfully <\/b>used around swimming pools, but also on terraces, decks, gardens and even vertically, as a cladding for outdoor walls. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The advent of Marina Real on the market was a great revolution because, thanks to its structure, this co-extruded WPC created by fusing wood fibres and polyethylene at very high temperature, fulfils the need for an outdoor covering that is extremely weather resistant, durable over the years and with an ultra-natural aesthetic appearance.
<\/b>Marina Real is a waterproof and scratch-resistant decking<\/b> that is easy to clean and requires very little maintenance <\/b>as it does not absorb residues or liquids. The polyethylene shield protects the decking from mould growth and deterioration<\/b>, and the colour remains unchanged over the years, all of which means that no maintenance and restoration work is required. <\/p>\n
