Prestige L is one of the most popular laminates in the Skema range. It comes in large planks and has an absolutely realistic wood effect. The surface is antistatic, the edges are bevelled on all four sides and it has a high-strength TLS PLUS joint.

PRESTIGE GOLD

SYNCRO PARQUET

Syncro Parquet is a floor that combines the elegance of a herringbone pattern with the strength of the latest generation laminate. Each plank tells a story of style and resistance, with the possibility to choose between the classic herringbone pattern or the Hungarian variant. An extreme floor: in beauty and maximum resistance to abrasion and wear. PLUS Classic aesthetics: with classic or Hungarian herringbone pattern. Maximum abrasion resistance: class AC6. STAR K

Star K is Skema's best seller, a wood-effect floor with large planks and excellent dimensional stability. Highly resistant to wear and tear, it is ideal for high-traffic environments. Totally waterproof and non-slip, it can be laid in bathrooms, spas and gyms.

STAR KR

Star KR is the collection with register technology applied to the surface that increases the realism of wood-effect floors. The accurate aesthetics are emphasised by the ultra matt surface, the perfect colours and the naturalness of the clean and knotless finishes. All this is combined with the high performance of SPC: waterproof, dimensionally stable, pre-coupled acoustic underlay and anti-slip.

STAR KC

Star KC is the SPC floor with a cork underlay that combines design, stability, water resistance, sound insulation and warmth in an easy-to-install floor. The natural cork underlay gives a unique feeling of comfort and warmth. The SPC-cork combination is ideal when you want to quickly renovate rooms and at the same time improve energy efficiency and sound insulation. In addition to its insulating performance, it has been carefully designed to look like wood, with a realistic and detailed surface effect.

STAR KS

Star KS is the SPC flooring with a herringbone design, with a refined look and superior performance, ideal for public spaces that don't compromise on aesthetics. Water resistant, thin and with high fire resistance, the surface is characterised by a micro bevel on all 4 sides and the end-less technology of the design that is synchronised, allowing for simplified installation and at the same time creating a continuity effect where the slats follow one another without any gaps.

YLES

Yles is a three-layer wooden floor, made in Italy, made with traced and certified wood that redesigns the concept of geometric parquet. A great compositional variety, with original designs, developed in seven collections: Kytos, Tarsia, Hexagon, Kross, Folia, Stylo and Over. Yles is characterised by its careful workmanship: a clearly visible bevel, a brushed and textured surface, surface finishes that highlight the 6 natural oil colours.

REAL

Real meets the need for an outdoor covering that is extremely weather resistant, durable over the years and with an ultra-natural aesthetic appearance. A co-extruded WPC that is created by fusing wood fibres and polyethylene at a very high temperature. A production technique that excludes the use of adhesives and chemicals and uses only recycled materials to create the core. During the co-extrusion process the central mass is encapsulated and fused with a polymer film that acts as an outer shield and makes the decking waterproof, ultra scratch resistant and easy to clean.

PACTO

Pacto is a WPC covering with a solid internal structure, with a surface finish that highlights the light grain of the wood effect. The structure makes this decking solid and resistant to high concentrated pressures, and therefore perfect for outdoor projects with curves, bevels, steps and high traffic areas.

COMPACT

Compact is one of Skema's longest-lasting products. A collection of WPC decking characterised by its solid structure, perfect for heavy loads and for creating curves, chamfers, coverings and steps. Compact can be used on both sides, which have a finely grooved surface and one with more spaced grooves, for a contemporary style that can be exploited on all sides. This decking is designed to withstand all weather conditions without cracking due to frost, without deforming due to temperature changes or exposure to rain, snow, salt or chlorinated water.

TOP LEVEL LUMBERTECH 205

The raised floor version of Lumbertech combines the unique features of wood, enhanced by the functionality of the raised floor, characterised by the modularity of the structure. A floor designed for spaces such as offices and communal areas that allows for the housing of wiring and distribution pipes between the panels and the existing floor, with the advantage of quick access for inspection and maintenance.
